Romangia wines.

The Romangia Cooperative was born in 1996 to collect and relaunch the noblest experiences of the winemakers of the Sorso-Sennori area. Currently it counts on a vineyard area of about sixty hectares of vineyards, distributed in the municipalities of Sorso and Sennori. The production philosophy is based on the enhancement of the vines that better than others have expressed the enological vocation of Romangia: first of all Moscato and Cannonau, but also Vermentino, which in the sunny soils not far from the sea of the Asinara Gulf to express absolutely extraordinary scents and different from the whites of Gallura or other Sardinian territories. The experience of the Romangia Cooperative, also open to experimentation with non-native vines, has shown how some areas of Sorso are particularly suitable for the cultivation of Monica. The passion of the winemakers, an ambitious investment program and the collaboration with some of the best winemakers of the current wine scene, opened unexpected perspectives to the Sorso and Sennori area only a few years ago, both in the field of excellent productions and in that of economy of this area of Northern Sardinia.
